Your club is the data controller. We're the processor - and we take that seriously.
- All data stored on EU servers - never leaves the EU.
- Members' photos are never shared, sold, or used to train AI.
- Competition data is automatically and permanently deleted after a configurable retention period (60 days by default).
- Members are told their photo will be AI-judged before they submit - the disclosure is built into the entry form.
- Subject Access Requests answered with a full PDF covering every record held about the person.
- Right to erasure honoured in full - one click removes the account, all entries, all images, all critiques, and sends a confirmation to the member.
